RNA Courier is owner-operated by Prakash Prusty and a small team of dispatchers and drivers who have been part of the Chester Springs community for years.
Started in a garage. Still answers the phone.
Prakash Prusty spent more than a decade dispatching for two of the largest national parcel networks before deciding the model was broken: drivers were exhausted, customers were anonymous, and dispatchers were 1,500 miles away. In 2014 he bought a single van, parked it in his driveway on Iris Lane, and started running envelopes between the courthouses and law firms of West Chester.
Word travelled. A pediatric clinic asked for a daily lab run. A title company asked for same-day closings. A small e-commerce brand asked for evening pickups. Twelve years later, RNA Courier still operates out of Chester Springs, still owns its own vehicles, and still has the same dispatch number — but now serves more than a hundred recurring business accounts across five states.
What hasn't changed is the part Prakash cared about from day one: a real person picks up the phone, the same driver shows up every week, and if something goes wrong, somebody local owns it.

The driver matters
Couriers are paid above market, given real benefits, and routed sensibly. A rested driver is a careful driver.
Every job is signed for
Photo + signature + GPS time-stamp on every drop. We keep the proof of delivery for seven years.
Nothing is hidden
The price you are quoted is the invoice you receive. No fuel surcharges, no waiting fees buried in the receipt.

Our headquarters is a converted warehouse in Chester Springs, PA, where every member of the operations team works from. We do not use offshore call centers, we do not subcontract our dispatch, and our drivers are W-2 employees, not gig contractors.
