RNA Courier ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy.   • Payment details processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use information

  • To dispatch, fulfill and confirm courier shipments.
  • To send proof of delivery, invoices and service notifications.

  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, transportation, insurance records).

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: drivers and dispatchers fulfilling your shipment; payment, mapping and SMS providers acting as data processors under contract; insurance and legal partners when required to handle a claim or comply with the law.

4. Data retention

Shipment records and proof-of-delivery files are retained for seven (7) years to satisfy tax, insurance and chain-of-custody requirements. Marketing contact data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ads@rnacourier.com. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah have additional rights under their state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data — we honor those requests even though we do not sell data.

6. Children

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, restricted-access databases and audited internal procedures. No system is 100% secure — please notify us immediately at ads@rnacourier.com if you suspect a breach involving your data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
