How fast can you actually pick up?
During business hours (Mon–Fri 7 AM – 8 PM, Sat 9 AM – 5 PM) inside our primary Chester County zone, we typically have a driver at the pickup address within 25–40 minutes of confirmation. Outside the primary zone or after hours, please call dispatch for a window.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. Saturday is part of our standard schedule. Sunday and federal holidays are available as a +$10 add-on with at least 12 hours notice.
Are my packages insured?
Every shipment carries $100,000 of cargo insurance at no extra cost. Higher declared values are available on request before pickup.
How do you handle medical specimens?
Medical-route drivers complete annual HIPAA training, use insulated or refrigerated containers, and follow chain-of-custody scanning at every handoff. We carry the standard CDC biohazard packaging on every medical vehicle.
Do you offer monthly billing for businesses?
Yes — once you reach roughly 30 shipments per month we move you to a Net-30 monthly invoice with itemized PDF reporting and an assigned account manager.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer for monthly accounts, and Zelle/Venmo for one-off rush jobs. We do not accept cash.
Can I track my driver in real time?
Yes. The booking confirmation includes an SMS link with a live map and the driver's ETA. Recipients can also reply to that message to redirect, request a safe drop or reschedule.
What happens if no one is home?
Default behavior is one re-attempt at no charge or a "safe drop" with photo POD if you have authorized one. Hold-at-office and recipient pickup are available on request.
Do you handle international shipments?
No — we are a regional Mid-Atlantic carrier. For international parcels we recommend partnering with a national carrier and we are happy to do the local first-mile pickup.
