Terms of Service

By using the Mastriano Courier website or booking a delivery with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Mastriano Courier Co., 25 Taylor Brook Ln, Derry, NH 03038, USA. By accessing this website or booking a service, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services we provide

We offer same-day, scheduled, legal, medical, and recurring courier services across our published coverage area. Service availability, pricing, and delivery windows are quoted at the time of booking.

3. Booking a delivery

• You agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
• You confirm you are authorized to ship the items provided to our driver.
• Bookings are confirmed when we issue a written or verbal confirmation, not when you submit a form.

4. Items we will not carry

• Cash, gold, securities, jewelry valued over $1,000, or other high-value bearer instruments.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable liquids, or hazardous materials.
• Live animals, human remains, or perishable food without prior arrangement.
• Controlled substances, except certain pharmacy deliveries pre-arranged with a licensed pharmacy.
• Items prohibited by U.S. federal or New Hampshire state law.

5. Pricing and payment

All quotes are in U.S. Dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Account customers are invoiced monthly with net-15 payment terms. Non-account customers are charged at booking. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers.

6. On-time guarantee

If a same-day rush shipment is delivered more than fifteen (15) minutes outside the quoted window due to our fault, the delivery is free. The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by weather, traffic incidents, inaccurate addresses, or recipient unavailability.

7. Liability and insurance

Every shipment carries $100,000 of cargo insurance at no extra charge. Our maximum liability for any single shipment is limited to the lesser of the declared value or $100,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing to support@alentedhar.com within ten (10) business days of the delivery date. We will respond within fifteen (15) business days.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled booking at no charge before the driver is dispatched. Once a driver is en route to pickup, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted price applies.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, the Mastriano Courier logo, and the underlying code, is the property of Mastriano Courier Co. and protected by U.S. copyright law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, NH.
